Family mediation

Family mediation facilitates constructive collaboration between all parties involved to reach a solution for disputes governed by Civil Code. A mediator is a trained, neutral professional who listens to the needs of each party and explores them in depth to jointly arrive at a satisfactory solution. All conversations are strictly confidential and protected by professional secrecy.

Mediation is always voluntary for all parties. The mediator helps facilitate discussions and the creation of clear agreements. When an agreement is reached, it has legal force because it is approved by the family court. A mediation agreement drawn up by a certified mediator has the same legal status as a court judgement and is enforceable in the same way.
